Why am I being charged for #2030? With this added, it significantly increased my monthly charge!
Also why is it so hard to speak to any living representative. The ASKJack thing is totally useless!

I also feel so very violated after reading some of the the posts that this has been happening and yet Fido is not doing anything about it. I've been a customer for more than a decade now. I'm almost afraid to call and reach out now because I have a feeling I'll be charged extra again.
