$ 200.00 Rewards During Boxing day 2019

I learned to have a $200.00 rebates last 2019boxing day. I decided to upgrade 3 mobile phone lines, home internet and a tablet for my daughter. They have promised to receive a rebate after 2-3 months. It's April 2020 and none of the rebates show in my bill. How can downgrade all the plans I have upgraded.

How did you do the upgrade? Was it online, in store or on the phone? Also, just to confirm, was the $200 for one line or for more than one line?
