So I too will be leaving after a disappointing phone call to fido. Supposedly the first number I dialed was the retention department and they have nothing to offer me that a first time customer can't get after 12yrs of loyalty.
Sorry to learn that you're thinking about leaving us after so many years! 😞 We definitely don't want that. Our goal is our customer's satisfaction and we absolutely do our best to offer them the best deal available for their accounts. It is good to know that all our employees have access to the same offers too. They are there to find the best resolution possible depending on customer's situation.
That said, our offers change often and you can login on your fido.ca account from time to time to see what is available for you and change/renew your plan if you like something.
