Since my 1000 mins long distance calling limit showed "Unlimited" I used more than 1000 minutes of calling but now Fido have charged me with additional fee after the 1000 minutes. How to resolve this problem? I am also not able to reach Fido online/call support due to the COVID19 situation. Anyone please help me to resolve this issue.
