To whom it may concern,
I have recently upgraded my plan and in my new plan 1000 mins international call is included. I called Fido customer service and they have confirmed me that the plan for 1000 mins international call is visible in their system for me. However, I am not seeing it in my app. Note that, I have uninstalled and re-installed the Fido my account app but still no luck.
I have created a case with Fido, C154386379. I hope application support team can pull up my account to check whats wrong there. I would like to track my international call limit.
