1000 International Minutes

How do I obtain the "1000 International Minutes" Add-On for calling India from Canada and what is the separate cost of this add-on?

It was not offered to me as as add-on when I tried to change my plan online. As of now I have a Talk and Text plan on my own phone and I don't need any data.

Please advise.

  Welcome to the community!

  I believe the 1000 International Minutes is a promotional offer on select plans and not available as an add-on. If it was not included with your plan, it's possible that plan is not eligible for the promotion. If you do make International calls frequently, you might consider the Preferred International Rates add-on (see here, under long-distance).
