I purchased a new phone from Fido in October. It showed I can get $100 bill credit when I order it. But I have received the 3rd bill last month. The bill credit still did not show.
What can I do now?

If you did qualify for the bill credit and you already received 3 invoices and it was not applied then you will need to contact customer service and they can go over your account and better advise you.
