I recently upgraded my plan online and had a code for $10/month off for 15 months. But the code never processed through and so now I am paying the regular price each month. Is there any way where I can receive this code on to my plan?
The discount is added by your second or third bill and will stay on your account for 15 months! That's why you're not seeing it right away, don't worry though it'll be added.
