I recently upgraded my phone. The charge should have been an additional $15 plus HST. The statement shows $31 plus taxes.
I've called and have been waiting for an hour to speak to someone.
Absolutely ridiculous.

Customer service is currently busier than usual due to the recent Holiday promotions, and we apologize about the delay.
That said, as @Original_Lucy mentioned, we have other methods of contact that allow you to continue on with your day and not have to wait on hold over the phone.

Hi @ArslanK , I know it's frustrating waiting on hold. May I suggest that you contact Fido support through fidosolutions on Twitter? Send them a dm and request support and they will message you back. Be patient and carry on with your day instead of sitting on hold.
