awwww this is kinda difficult to explain but i'll try my best
what's happening is that i recently (3 month ago) brought my monthly fido wifi using the information from this account (which is my phone account), activated through phone call. The lady on the other side of the phone had promised me to link this current account with the internet plan, however that never seems to happen.
And every time i receive my monthly internet bill through email, i tried to login my current account (connected with my email) but the portal for payment never shows up. I am having difficulty on paying every month, and that is very annoy
