internet dropped many times a day, all the LED lights on the modem shut donw then blinks in yellow. called support and changed another modeem but no luck to fix it. please give some suggestions.

The latest firmware that was offered as a trial is being pushed to production, so in other words, everyone should be on either 220.127.116.11T6 (CODA) or 18.104.22.168T6 (AMF).
