connection drops at least once a day

i'm using an external wifi router in bridge mode. no issues with the router but the cable connection seems to drop at least once a day since getting this service. we need a reliable connection. what are my service options. i'm getting ready to switch providers. i dont have time for this.

We definitely wouldn't want to see you go.

Have you looked into this with tech support? Maybe a replacement modem would be necessary. You can reach them at:  1-888-236-FIDO (3436)
