I cancelled my internet on Dec 7th. I specifically asked the rep if the cancellation is set for Dec 7th, and he told me "Your internet account will be deactivated on December 7th 2018." I did this to avoid any partial charges since that's my billing cycle. But then I get a bill showing a partial charge for Dec 8th. Why?? I asked and the rep confirmed repeatedly the service will be terminated on the 7th. I unplugged the modem and stopped using it on the 7th as well.

 

Also I asked for a cancellation email, rep told me I will get one, but then the email never arrived.... *shakes head*
