bell to fido internet

I have switched from Bell Sympatico to Fido internet.

I have an old computer running windows XP( used for only one thing)

I can not get my email to work with new modem. Fido does not have Mail server address,ie                              Incoming Mail (IMAP) 

Outgoing mail (SMPT) 

There are probably a few other address or port number things i should know.

So i am hoping someone can help me with this.

1. Who do you have the your email address with?

2. Is this only a problem on your computer?
