Hi, I don't know if this community is the right area to post this, but I can't find anywhere that I can contact an agent. I received an email at 12:03am today saying We've updated your payment method. It does have some of my account/payment details on it so seems legit, but it says this was per my recent request. I didn't request a change, or make any change, so why am I receiving this email? Is it a scam?

  Thank you for sharing your experience. However, you should note the forums are community-driven and are not intended as a venue for customer service. We do not have access to customers' accounts. 

 

  It sounds like someone may have gotten unauthorised access to your account. In order to verify whether changes were made to your account details, you would need to contact customer service. They may forward you to their Fraud Department. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.

 

  You might also consider changing your password to your My Account.
