Want to cancel the service before the modem pickup!

I got the Fido Home internet yesterday at a discount and changed my mind. I want to cancel the account and all service.

I have not picked up the modem Yet! 


Will i still be charged?

We're sad to learn you changed your mind about our service, what happened?


There is a 15 days satisfaction guaranteed and normally, charges for the monthly fee apply for the number of days the service was active.
