Fido

Hi, I got the Fido Home internet yesterday at a discount and changed my mind. I want to cancel the account and all service.I have not picked up the modem Yet!  Will i still be charged?

Is there any way to track the last known location of my phone? I have my IMEI number with me, is it possible?I have really, really important documents in it and I can't effort to loose it.
