WIFI keeps dropping connection

Our WiFi keeps dropping its connection, how do we fix this problem? We are new customers.

This shouldn't happen. Did you try to restart your modem on your end to see if you can get a different result?

You definitely shouldn't have all that trouble using your WI-FI connection. 

 

Also, you don't get any error message from your computer?

 

Also, how may devices are you trying to connect through WI-FI?

I don't use my computer very often, usually my tablet. Typically, we use one or two devices at once. Ex. Firestick, and tablet.

I haven't, only because this has been a problem since the modem was first plugged in a few weeks ago.
