Update for hitron cgn3amf ?

I've been trying to connect a wifi extender, I can connect my computer or phone to the extender but there is no connection between the router and the extender. I've tried 3 different extender, so I suspect the router needs to be updated but I cannot find any info on how to do this. I have a hitron cgn3amf from Fido. Any help?

Welcome to Community! 

 

It's indeed odd that you couldn't get it to connect on three different extenders. However, there is not much troubleshooting that we can offer since they are not our products. @Community, anyone? 

 

As for an update, I suggest you participate in our firmware trial by sending a PM to FidoSolutions with “Fido Home Internet Wi-Fi Modem Firmware Trial” as the subject line, here on Community.
