I used my credit card to pay someone else's bill, and got a Confirmation email, indicating Balance is 0, but does not indicate how much my card was charged. Having the original transaction amount in that confirmation email is a good reference, in case parents may pay their kids bill or vise versa.
Is there anywhere in the Fido site that we can ask for improvements? specially confirmation emails and etc

I do agree that the confirmation email should show the amount that was paid instead of just the balance owing.
Currently, in order the see the amount paid you will have to look at the payment history under the billing and payments section for the account.
