Trouble to setup home internet online account

Try to register online with the home internet account to my email ( used to order it in the store in Nov), it said my email was taken, try to get logged into the email linked account, it is occupied by a cancelled account# used years ago. There's no way to link the new account#. Then the worst is, when I try to register my new account with another email, it says, the new account# was already associated with a email(no way to know what's that). What a hell logic behind this online service ! Please help.

We'd have to remove the email from your old account for you to be able to use it on the new one. For that, you'd need to contact us here or request a PM from the community for assistance.
