I want to send out a token of appreciation for Gemma for going above and beyond and helping in facilitating the process of getting a Fido home internet. I needed to set up this internet connection in Toronto having recently moved in from Montreal. I am still using a Quebec based Fido sim card which made the application process all the more complicated. Getting this internet connection would not have been possible without the tremendous amount of assistance which Gemma had provided.
