Worst and terrible service toll date!! My plan was for$50 and it completed an year so they changed the plan rates to $74 and the service is ridiculous as when we stream or use in our phones there's no connection all the time!! Just taking people's money

Looks to me like your promotion may have expired on your home internet plan. If you did have one and it expired, you'll simply be charged the normal rate for the plan in question.

I'm happy to pay that amount but the main problem is that 24/7 I have to keep troubleshoot this internet but we still can't use it we are just relying on our mobile internet this is what we are paying $75 to get useless and worthless service
