Not only are the #wait times outrageous, I mean hours with no end in sight to the wait, the off chance and by a stroke of luck someone does pick up the phone, the agent is #unhelpful and provides no solutions. I received an email on Nov. 25 from #Fido mentioning that my discounted internet rate would be extended for an additioanl year. However when I received my latest mionthly bill it was $20 more expensive than my original contract sign up.
When I mentioned the email to the agent - he brushed it off saying the email was not sent by Fido, when infact it was. No help from him beyond - "call the loyalty team". Guess what, forget getting through to a loyalty team member - I havent even been able to get through to any agent with Fido. Extremely #frustrated and #disappointed with #fido. Looking to cancel.
