Still using Fido Internet!

I got a letter a few weeks ago that said my Service would be cancelled in September 2024. I only just googled the discontinuation and read everyone else had stoped using Fido in June! So how am I still paying Fido and still using it? I didn't realize this was happening...

That's weird, you should have received communication from us a before July that we were discontinuing Fido home internet!

 

Please contact us at 1-877-331-9209 concerning your account, during our business hours:

  • Monday to Saturday: 8 am  to 10 pm (EST)
  • Sunday: 9 am to  8 pm (EST)
