All my laptops can connect to Fido Modem but none of 3 smartphones in the family can connect to the modem. All 3 smartphones keep "connecting ..." to modem but cannot stay connected for more than 1-2 secs before they launch reconnection again and again. Does anyone have similar issues? Any work around? This happened only one week ago. I called support and the problem went away for one day. Rebooting modem many times did not resolve the problem. Thank you.
