Ready to Cancel Internet on Day 1

Setup modem and only some of my devices are working:

 

SamsungTv streaming fine as I type this.

iOS browser only doesn't work. Email works, Instagram works. No browser

MacBook Pro is connected to same WiFi as everything else, but doesn't think I'm connected to the internet at all. 

 

45 minutes and counting on hold for technical support

Did you try restarting the modem and the devices that are not connecting?
