I have been using a Fido Internet 75 package (75 Mbps download, unlimited data) with 50% off promotion for 2 years. Now I want to extend another one year but when I call to hotline number nobody picked up. I really dont know what to do because my promotion for this year is going to expire on Jan 2nd. How can I get support from Fido for that problem?
