Hi, I'm having some serious issues with my Fido home internet. The issue has been worse for the last 1 week where I lose the connection at least 10 times a day. Tried restarting and resetting the modem but it did not help. Sometimes it says "connected, but no internet". Noticed the blue light on the download and upload indicators gets turned off when this happens.
Can someone please assist me? This is affecting my work.
I called the technical support, waited for an hour, someone picked it but is not responding back.

I was able to get in touch with someone from tech support today. They made some configuration changes to my router settings and I haven't had any issues after that. Hopefully, the issue is resolved.
