Poor customer service, want to speak to Office of the President

Missing $100 gift card from amazon since August (now almost December).  Tried to resolve through online customer service (after waiting an hour), but told my personal details are wrong.  Now been holding for 1.5 hours on phone.  This is ridiculous.
