I was chatting with a live agent regarding getting a coaxial cable for the modem and would a technician come if it is not working properly.
The agent keep telling me "due to COVID-19 we are not sending the technicians to set up the internet for the safety purposes."
So Fido will not send technican to fix any technicain problem if it is within your house and leave you high and dry?
I am still waiting for my modem at the moment. So it is not installed yet. But it surely is not assuring knowing that if it does not fido, I am on my own and Fido would not do anything about it.
Is this really how Fido do business?
