Hello Fido team 

 

Before I signed up with you on Jan 2020 I red through  the reviews that most of your customers complained about the gift card delay and I did not believe that until it happened to me.

 

So sad to be one of your customers that believed in you and you simply let him down 😔😔😔

 

I don't have time to spend on 45 minutes waiting call and no problem getting solved after that.

 

If you are serious about customer service. Please proof it.

I'm sad to read that you didn't receive your gift card yet. That's certianly not the way we want you to feel!
