No Internet order confirmation

Hi, I placed an order for home Internet at 12:00 last Thursady (two and a half business days ago). However, I didn't receive any confirmation or any notice since then. I will move to the new place soon, and Internet is necessary for my working from home.

 

I have the order Id. Can you help me check what's wrong with that?

Thank you for the information. An transaction email confirmation is typically sent within 24 hours.

 

How did you activate the account? (online, on call etc.)

I ordered Internet online. Yesterday I chat with an agent online. He told me the order was submitted successfully and would be reviewed by the team.

 

Still no confirmation email toady, and it is the forth business day since my order was placed. I keep track of my email junk box all the time.
