Hi,
I have the same issue, the blue light is not blinking and the on call assistance didn't solve the issue. The technician is coming to fix it sometime in the evening but it's too late as Im a student and I have few assignments and tests to prepare for which requires internet connection for access and submission.
Request you to kindly assist me with the same as soon as possible
