New wifi 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz format

Hey guys, so I understand that Fido home internet is now using 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz together. I'm finding that activities such as facetiming seems to lag more or disconnects often, and streaming quality is lacking. Is there a way for me to go back to the old format and separate the wifi connections into two separate ones or any other solutions? Thanks everyone!

The change shouldn't have this impact on the quality of your services.  I'd suggest contacting tech support at 1-888-259-3436 so they can take a look at this with you.
