New Fido internet @ not blinking

1. Just signed up for fido as a first time user, modem arrived yesterday, my modem's @ is not blinking everything else blinks. It worked for 2 minutes and then not worked since!

Hey @MyFifdo! Welcome to the community.

Some lights will blink on and off but the modem is ready when the @ symbol stays solid. Did you try to reset your modem or to unplug it?
