Negative balance on final bill, reclaim amount?

Hi i discontinued my connection with fido and i have a negative balance of -43.45. Since i overpaid how do i get my money back, kindly need help.

The balance will be refunded by cheque within six weeks from your final bill. However, if your address has changed you can reach out to us through these channels and we'll be happy to update your information. If you prefer, we can get it done right here via PM through the Community.
