Need Refund_Returned the modem but took money

Its been 9 months and I tried to connect customer service multiple times. I couldn't connect and refund the money. Worst customer service ever. Before I had the experience not refunding money for the phone plan and I changed the plan to other provider. Hope anyone will reach out me and return my money.
