I received my Fido modem box this week and found it didn't come with a coacial splitter. What should I do?
I called the customer service and waited for another hour. Finanlly a nice agent answered my call and told me to bring the modern package to the nearby Fido store for a new one.
I have waited for about an hour for a live chat agent but the agent said she was not able to help with this missing splitter issue. I was tranferred to the next agent and continued to wait and wait and wait ....then got disdconnected from the live chat.
