My home wifi is not working please help

Hello for three days now my internet wifi is not working and you are not answering your telephone line. I tried troubleshooting the modem as your webpage instructs and this does not solve the issue.

Please help me with this. !!

This doesn't sound right.

Did you get a chance to restart your modem to see if you get the same result?

Also, did you get a chance to speak with our technical support?
