Hi I have booked your home internet for my son's condo located on 70 absolute ave unit 2310, mississauga,ON L4Z 0A4 on Nov 20. I have told the guy please send the cable to my home (109 anndale dr north york) in the meanwhile. I haven't got the cable at this moment but you have started charging me on Nov 21. My questions are: 1, why did you separate the new internet from my present account? He has opened my account from the system and can find i have cell account and internet account already. 2, why did I get no information about the internet cable from you or delivery company since i orded it? 3
