Due to some personal reasons I have moved out if canada for few months ,want to disconnect the service permanently .please let me know the procedure .

Only a Fido representative can process a cancellation request, you will need to contact customer service to get it done.
You can reach out to them even from outside of the country through any of the available methods listed here.
