I regularly receive my Fido Home Internet bill on the 24th of each month. This has been the case for more than a year now.
For some reason, my most recent internet bill (For August) did not show up in my email nor my Fido account either. The Fido billing section's most recent bill is from July. It's been roughly 2 weeks past when the bill normally appears.
I have blindly paid the balance regardless since the supposed payment deadline was coming up, but I want to retrieve the August bill for my own records.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this bill issue resolved?

It's probably best that you made the payment anyways.
As for why the invoice is not there I'm not sure. I received my invoice given I don't have internet with Fido only cell service.
The best course of action would be to contact customer service directly and they can look at your account as best advise you.
