My home internet is not working for about an hour, can anybody help please.

Can you let us know if this started working for you? If the service is still not up and running after a reboot to the modem, we would suggest contacting our Fido Home Internet Technical Support team as @KAPABLE-K mentioned.

Have you tried restarting the modem? You can always contact the internet technical department by calling 1-888-236-FIDO (3436)
