I just received an email with the heading "You have 7 days left to return your Fido equipment", but I am sure I already sent my package in around 3 weeks ago. Checking the tracking number though, strangely just says "Return label created". Can I please get some help? I am not sure what to do to avoid late fees as I really don't have the modem any longer and there's no proof that I have sent it.

The proof that it was sent back would be tracking number as well as the proof that Canada Post provides when you send it off.
When you sent it back to us via Canada Post, do you still have the receipt they provided you with? If so, can you double-check that that's the same tracking number that you were checking?
