Hi all!
New Fido Home Internet customer here. I got a modem yesterday, but it's broken - lights are off when connected, and something making noise inside the box.
I have exactly the same modem from Rogers. Could you please add its MAC address and Serial Number to my accout, and save my Christmas?
Is it possible to get a new modem at a Fido store?
I will be stuck at home December 24-29 without Internet with a child. Please help.

Sorry to hear the modem was DOA you can contact customer service and they can send you a replacement or you can visit a store and they should be able to get you a replacement but I would suggest you call the store to make sure they have before heading over.

calling is time consuming and non-productive in my case. Even if I'm lucky, and get to speak to human fast enough, new modem will arrive after the holidays.
I tried to call two nearby stores during the last two hours - no one answers.
I am frustrated about the situation.
