Internet speed

Hello I recently purchased fido home internet 150.  I'm only get a max speed of 40 never any speed past that. I've tried ethernet its still only 40 speed for some reason. What could the problem be?

If you're getting slow speeds, the best option would be to reboot your modem as it usually fixes problems like this. If you do and are still having issues, you can contact tech support at 1-888-259-3436.
