Internet not working

It's been 2 days my internet is been down .I try to contact them like 20 times they were busy and someone forwarded me to some guy he said there is been updating in fido internet so you have to wait couple hours. I waited waited like for so long it's not working again now my kids have the homework to do I want cutt off my service with them . Coz it's not professional like at least call me back .
