Hi Fido, my internet has been dropping randomly here and there since I switched to Fido in Sept 2019. Coincidently, it has been more frequent since March but has been terrible since July. I just switched a new modem yesterday but the issue is still there.
I'm in the richmond Hill area. Is the infrastructure capable to handle the demand due to more people staying home from covid?
Sorry to read you're having trouble with your new modem as well and that you've had connection troubles for a while now, that's definitely not the experience we want with our service.
