I want to return my fido modem, but I did not receive the label

Okay it seems that so many people have encountered the same issue before, and I  have no idea why Fido is allowing such kind of things to occur... On May 1 I called  the customer service to cancel my internet service, they said in order for me to return my modem I would need to print out the label, which would be sent to my email. I waited for almost three weeks and I still received nothing. Can somebody just send the label to my email as soon as possible?
